    in the trees, in my little selfs prophecy.

    And when i met the new girl she’d grown into

    despite the pain of losing almost everything.

    I saw the eyes of a girl i met when we were small,

    She was sunshine

    She is still Gold.

    Lovingly crafted reproduction of my mixed media oil painting. Inspired by (and including) a poem gifted to me by a childhood friend in moments of reconnecting after illness and disability. Her words gave me some light when i felt unrecognizable to myself and as if I’d lost who i was completely. I hope this painting reminds you that the spark that makes you who you are is still there, even if it looks a little different to what it used to.

    2024 CHARITY FUNDRAISER – INVISIYOUTH CHARITY 

    From October 1st to November 17th, $15 AUD from every canvas print sold will be donated to INVISIYOUTH CHARITY a 501(c)3 nonprofit organisation that is very close to my heart and I’ve been lucky enough to benefit from personally through my teenage years and into ““medically adult-ish” life. Invisiyouth helps teen and young adults around the world with various chronic illnesses and disabilities gain the right lifestyle programs, empowerment tools and fun resources to keep living life with any health struggles.
